All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Latvia.
After placing an order, we will process and arrange for shipment within 15 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and legal holidays).
Remote areas or international transportation may be extended by an additional 3 to 5 days. The specific delivery time is subject to the logistics company. - Transportation scope and cost
Supported regions: Global delivery (may be restricted in some countries/regions, and the system will automatically prompt at checkout).
Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods. The final amount is displayed on the settlement page.
Free shipping policy: Orders over €150 enjoy free shipping within the European Union. Free shipping for orders over €300 in other regions (standard logistics only). - Logistics tracking and notification
After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking link (email: stepacity@greensgardened.com).
If you do not receive a notification within 7 days, please check your spam folder or contact us via email to verify the status of your order. - Customs and Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance to avoid delays. - Delay and Loss handling
Logistics delay: If the package is not delivered within the expected time limit, please contact us for assistance in checking.
