I. Scope of Application
Commodity particularity
Plant seeds, fresh potted plants, custom gardening tools and the like are classified as fragile or custom-made goods. Once opened, they may affect their resale.
Promotional clearance items (such as those marked as “Special Offer” or “leftover Stock”) are by default not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Exceptional cases
Transportation damage: If the goods are damaged during delivery, please provide clear photos with packaging and the order number to the customer service email stepacity@greensgardened.com within 48 hours after signing for the goods. We will verify and negotiate a compensation plan.
If you receive goods that do not match the order, you need to submit evidence within 24 hours after signing for them. We will resend the correct goods free of charge (subject to inventory permitting).
Ii. User Instructions
Before purchase confirmation: Please confirm your requirements through the size diagrams, descriptions and user reviews on the product page. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
After-sales guarantee: If there are quality issues with the product (such as tool breakage or fertilizer caking and failure), partial compensation can be applied for based on the unboxing video (which must meet the quality inspection standards).
